Al\u00e9m das atra\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas houve apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de bandas de v\u00e1rios estilos, o que agradou bem o participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">O Festival contou com chefs renomados e os mais diferenciados pratos que representaram bem suas regi\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m do leit\u00e3o, a cozinha de ch\u00e3o tinha tamb\u00e9m o <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000\">lombo no trapo,\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">que nada mais \u00e9 que o lombo enrolado no pano de saco, embebido\u00a0 em jurubeba,\u00a0 vinho e \u00e1gua que mant\u00e9m a umidade ,\u00a0permite entrada da fuma\u00e7a no lombo preservando a sucul\u00eancia.\u00a0 Com apenas uma\u00a0 t\u00e9cnica , ele tempera , defuma e protege a carne que fica assando por\u00a0aproximadamente 4 horas,\u00a0 que precisa ser virado e regado a cada 30 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Al\u00e9m das gostosuras salgadas houve um destaque para as sobremesas, a mais consumida foi de frutas Amoras 7 framboesas com leite condensado, que recebeu o trof\u00e9u Dia da Gastronomia Mineira 2018 . Para participar do evento foi necess\u00e1rio a troca de ingresso por 5 kg de alimento n\u00e3o perec\u00edvel ou uma doa\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de $15. Ao todo foram arrecadado 10 toneladas de alimentos\u00a0 e $52,2 mil reais destinados ao\u00a0 Servi\u00e7o de Assist\u00eancia Social &#8211; Servas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Foi da\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Expedi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Fartura \u2013 Comidas do Brasil\u00a0<\/strong>que surgiu as atra\u00e7\u00f5es do evento, a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o visitou mais de 200 cidades e entrevistou mais de 550 profissionais da gastronomia do Brasil. Entre as informa\u00e7\u00f5es colhidas estavam produtos, chefs, receitas,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">mercados e produtores. O que resultou no grande sucesso do Festival. Entre os nomes em destaque na culin\u00e1ria do pa\u00eds presentes no evento estavam os chefs\u00a0 Ana Estela Marcondes\u00a0,\u00a0Carlos Bertolazzi,\u00a0Danielle Thomaz ,\u00a0Jaime
